Saw this on the SASS wire sometime back and thought it interesting. Do any of you guys/gals wear your CAS clothes out in public? (other than on shoot days- at the resturant afterwards)

I wear my boots and shirts fairly often because I genuinely like the style. I havent broke out the pants and suspenders yet but plan on doing so at some time.

Two Spurs (what ain't scared to wear what I like)

Welsh, I guess not many do given the zippo response. It's kinda funny- when all you see of our pards is 1800's attire (for the most part Confused ) at the monthly shoot, you think if you saw them in Home Depot or Walmart, they'd be wearing 'bout the same thing.

Wish we had enough brave (crazy? Shocked Razz ) souls to do that. Very Happy

I might look a liitle strange on the lake driving my TPWD airboat and wearing my cowboy stuff. Plus it would be way too hot! My standard work attair is t-shirt and shorts. I love my cowboy stuff but it's way too hot to wear to work. Sometimes I do wear my large palm leaf hat for shade. But it's hard to keep on at 55mph.

Sometimes I dress in my cowboy clothing and go to town.Nobody stares or make nasty remarks, cause lots of men around here dress in a similar fashion. However all of the exposed hardware stays home.

I have worn my CAS outfit to church a few times. Especially in colder weather with my Frock coat (sp?). HawkWing likes to wear his to church more often than me.
